Pine Lodge

Bohenie Pine Lodge has been imported from a supplier in northern Finland, constructed to exact standards by their own tradesman and is designed for permanent residence or superior holiday letting.  The interior is attractively finished natural wood throughout with double glazing, insulation and electric central heating to ensure that it is truly comfortable in all seasons.

We do not register our lodges with the Scottish Tourist Board and therefore do not have an STB rating however you will find the lodge is furnished and equipped to a standard better than STB-3 star for self-catering accommodation.  You will easily see the standard of the accommodation in the photo gallery on this page.

DOWNSTAIRS

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with all crockery, utensils and appliances; dishwasher, fridge, automatic washing machine / drier, microwave, oven & hob.

Bedroom 1

Double bed (pillows, continental quilts and all linen is provided), side tables, fitted wardrobe.

For babies a travel cot and high-chair are provided.

Bathroom

Bath with electric shower and screen over the bath, wash-hand basin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Attractive and comfortably furnished living room with sofa and arm chairs, dining table and dining chairs, 22" (54cm) colour TV with DVD player, Radio / CD player. Spiral staircase leads to:-

UPSTAIRS

Bedroom 2

Enchanting loft-style bedroom featuring balcony with private woodland views. This is a large family room measuring 19 x 15 feet (6m x 4.5m) with a double bed, a single bed and a second single stow-away bed (pillows, continental quilts and all linen is provided). Window with private views up Glen Roy.  Mirror and shaver point.

OUTSIDE

The two lodges are approx 75m apart on different levels and separated by a patch of woodland. A gravel driveway leads to Pine Lodge with ample safe parking for several cars. The lodge has a small verandah with picnic table and chairs, drying green, unfenced woodland leading down to a stream and beyond the River Roy. Uphill a track leads through rough farmland and climbs gently past a plantation to the open hillsides on the south east side of Glen Roy.
